The HighLine approach
We’re Jennifer and Nick, the family behind HighLine Premier Rentals. Based in Corona, we’re building a local business around clear communication, practical equipment, and being useful to the teams doing the work.
Straightforward from the start
One delivery or ongoing support. Start with the details, and we’ll work through what the job needs.
Tell us what needs to move, where it’s going, and when. Include the load, site access, and who is coordinating the job.
We review equipment fit, route, schedule, and service requirements. You receive a written quote for the agreed scope.
Once confirmed, we coordinate with your team on the pickup, delivery, or property support outlined in your quote.
Local roots. Local partnerships.
HighLine supports local projects through direct coordination with contractors, property teams, and business owners. Send your pickup and project locations so we can review the route and available service.
Travel, access, load type, and any required permissions are considered before work is accepted. Subcontractor support is scoped to the individual project.
Let’s look at the route together.
Before we get started
A little planning goes a long way.
Ask about your projectWe support local construction contractors, landscapers, maintenance teams, and real estate professionals as a third-party subcontractor. Tell us who is coordinating the job, what needs to move, and how we can fit into your project.
Send the material type, estimated quantity or weight, pickup source, delivery location, and preferred date. We review the route, loading arrangements, site access, and trailer suitability before quoting.
Every equipment move is reviewed individually. Include the equipment make or type, dimensions, weight, and how it will be loaded and unloaded. We confirm whether the available trailer and transport setup fit the job before accepting the work.
Support is scoped around your project and the team coordinating it. Tell us which items need to move, their destination, access conditions, and the help required. Services and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Yes—send a request with the items or waste to remove, estimated volume, pickup city and ZIP code, access details, and whether you need loading help. We confirm material acceptance, service availability for your location, disposal arrangements, and the total quote before scheduling.
Describe every material or item in your request so we can review the load. Accepted materials, loading responsibilities, weight or volume limits, and any disposal charges are confirmed in writing. Hazardous or unapproved materials are not accepted.
Quotes depend on the load, route, access, equipment fit, timing, and agreed scope. Submit the project details for review. Your preferred date is not reserved until HighLine confirms availability and the written quote is accepted.
