Plan before the project starts

Project information

HighLine Premier Rentals accepts inquiries for subcontracted project logistics, material delivery, equipment hauling, property transition support, one-time waste and haul-away pickups, and trailer-related project needs. A submitted inquiry is not a confirmed booking or price guarantee.

Scope comes first

Each request is reviewed for location, route, timing, load type, dimensions, weight, equipment suitability, loading and unloading arrangements, site access, and service requirements. Services are accepted only after the scope and written quote are confirmed.

What is included

Only work described in the written quote is included. Loading labor, unloading, delivery, disposal, additional time, and other services must be specifically agreed. Tell us who is coordinating the job and what support your team needs.

Materials and equipment

All loads must be approved before work is accepted. Do not assume a trailer is suitable for an item based on length alone. Provide dimensions, weight, and loading details for equipment transport, and type and quantity for material deliveries.

One-time waste and haul-away pickups

Pickup requests are reviewed individually for material type, estimated volume or weight, location, access, loading needs, and disposal arrangements. Availability depends on the location and applicable service requirements. Accepted materials, loading responsibilities, and disposal charges are confirmed in the written quote before scheduling. Hazardous or unapproved materials are not accepted.

Scheduling and agreements

Preferred dates remain unconfirmed until accepted by HighLine. Your written quote and separate service or rental agreement define the specific charges, scope, responsibilities, and terms for the job.
